Welcome to Brava Streetwear. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
  • All transactions are conducted in Moroccan Dirham (DH).
  • Our business operates under Moroccan law and regulations.

Ordering & Payment

Order Process

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products under these terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Payment Methods

  • Cash on delivery (COD) - Available throughout Morocco
  • Bank transfer (for advance payment)
  • Mobile money transfers

For most orders, payment is made upon delivery. We accept cash payment in Moroccan Dirham (DH) when your products are delivered.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or phone call within 24 hours. We will confirm your order details and delivery address.

Delivery

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery: 3 days throughout Morocco
  • Delivery is available to all major cities and towns in Morocco
  • Rural areas may take an additional 1-2 days

Delivery Process

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation
  • You will receive a WhatsApp message or phone call when your order is ready for delivery
  • Delivery is made by our trusted courier partners
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

Delivery Charges

  • Standard delivery fee: 15 DH per order
  • Free delivery for orders over 200 DH
  • Additional charges may apply for remote areas

Note: Delivery times may be extended during holidays, weekends, or peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

  • 24-hour return window: Returns must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Items must be clean and in the same condition as received
  • Custom design orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect

Return Conditions

  • Customer pays shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Return shipping fee: 15 DH (same as delivery fee)
  • Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions

How to Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+212702209437) within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping address
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our team
  6. Include your order number and contact information

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Refund amount excludes the original delivery fee (15 DH)
  • Return shipping costs are not refunded
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or cash pickup

Exchanges

  • Size exchanges are available within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer pays shipping costs for exchanges
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
